Refund

1) If after trying the product (that you purchased) within the first 5 days of receiving that product, you are dis-satisfied, for what ever reason, we will refund your purchase price ( minus the shipping cost )

Product refunds received after 7 days from the date of purchase cannot be guaranteed refund. After receiving the returned goods, we will happily issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product (minus any additional costs associated with transport)

Return the un-used portion of the purchased product, in the original container, along with the purchase invoice to P.O Box       Munno Para South Australia 5115 You pay for the return postage cost.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,

1. In the unlikely event that you have received goods that have been damaged during transport, or incorrect goods, please contact us by email at admin@energyplus.today within 24 hours to ensure the fastest possible resolution.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, & manufacturers seals in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from EnergyPlus.
